PROCEDURE
1. The buyer sends us the genuine LOI+BCL or soft probe permission including bank information.
2. Seller issues FCO(including his bank coordinates)and buyer signs and returns to seller
3. Seller issues contract for buyers signature and buyer returns signed contract to the seller by e-mail. Seller signs contract and returns copy to Buyer by e-mail. Buyer forwards signed originals by any established courier to Seller, Seller countersigns and returns copies of signed originals to buyer by any established courier.
4. Buyer's bank confirms POF as well as their readiness to issue BG or LC to Sellers bank.
5. Seller will then provide the full proof of product(POP can indude yard visit by buyer’srepresentative) to the buyer within 24-48 hours of receiving the preadvice of payment in the frome of TDLC or TT cash transfer
6. Buyer’s bank sends 10% downpayment by swift TT sell commerces loading(small quantity100 – 1000 TONNES)
7. Seller provides buyer with copies of SGS inspection certificate, Bill of Lading and insurance documents proving loaded product is good quality in accordance with ICC ans international export controls, as well as sipping documentation for the quantity as specified.
8. Buyers bank opens non-operative financial instrument(RDLC/DLC) or TT cash transfer to the remaining 90% of the shipments value(small quantity).
9. Buyers bank opens non-operative financial instrument FFRDLC(Big quantity 30.000 UP TO ANNUAL)
10. Seller issues a 2% PB in favour of buyer, this shall activate buyer’s non-operative financial instrument(s).
11. Seller will commences as per port and/or Shipping as per contract.
12. Any and all legal disputes are subject to UK jurisprudence and arbitration.
