INFORMATION& PROCEDURE
 
Origin:                 Chile
Quantity:              Min order 1,000 MT x 12 Months, Max order 5,000 MT x 12 Months
Shipments:           Vessels up to max 5K MT
Payment terms:
-        FOB : T/T once seller presents all the shipping documents + inspection reports for quality and quantity to the bank, after loading within 7 banking days.
-        CIF : 1 Months SBLC/BG (It must be for 90 Days) and it must be renewed every month. The payment is carried out via (T/T) after goods arrived destination port. So, the payment is not by BG/SBLC, they are just a guarantee for the seller. (Seller must check the BG format first).
Performance bond:
-        There is NOT- PB(In case of FOB)
-        2% Final Seller price (In case of CIF)
Packing:               Bulk by ship
Inspection certificate will be provide by SGS seller’s cost at port of Loading. All documents will be provide such us license for export, AQSIQ, Inspection reports Certificates for Quality and Quantity, etc
Delivery schedule: 40-45 days after contract is signed.
 
Procedure
1. Seller (mandate) presents soft offer (this document)
2. Buyer presents to seller LOI with SOFT PROBE + BCL
3. Seller issues the draft contract.
4. The contract is signed.
5. Seller issued POP via documents, if buyer wants POP via bank they will have to issue POF via bank
first.
6. Buyer opens the payment instrument (For BG payment)
7. Shipments are made according to the schedule outlined in the contract.
